TrayBrightness

	This is a program for controlling the brightness of your monitor(s).  The program allows control of the Gamma value (which affects all monitors) and also control of the Backlight on monitors that support it.  The interface is a simple icon that resides in the system-tray, and is designed to resemble the volume control sliders.

History:

07-02-2015: More error checks around backlight control. 07-01-2015: Fixed potential crash when closing the program if no monitors supported backlight control. Fixed tooltip text of tray icon not always updating. 06-26-2015: Added event handler for Power State changes. 06-23-2015: Changed icons. Trying to sort of look like the Win7 volume sliders. Backlight control will now disable/gray if no attached monitors support backlight control. 06-19-2015: Separated Gamma and Backlight control into separate sliders. Added event handler for DisplaySettingsChanged. 06-18-2015: Initial test-version.
